This site does not belong to QNAP!

I am having an ongoing issue with QNAP and their availability of product. I've had 4 servers on backorder since May. William Chen refuses to return may calls and emails. Ingram Micro has told me that they also are not getting any responses from QNAP. My experience has been that companies acting in this manner are getting ready to go out of business. I would strongly advise against any dealing with QNAP.
I have filed complaints with the California Attorney General's Office and the BBB.
